Meet Matthias, our CEO and Founder of Quantum Revolution. Armed with a Master's in Statistics, he's fluent in nine languages. In addition to four human languages, Matthias has mastered five programming languages that seem almost like his native tongue, showcasing his exceptional versatility and expertise.

As a highly skilled full-stack developer focusing on artificial intelligence, Matthias's professional journey includes developing AI software for real-time assistance systems across multiple sectors, significantly improving efficiency and user engagement. He has also engaged in pioneering research on autonomous driving at the Fraunhofer IIS, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in autonomous mobility.

Before taking the reins at QuantumRevolution, he led AI teams for agile startups and large corporations with up to 2,000 employees, always bringing his unique blend of technical genius and linguistic agility to the table. Meet Andreas our Senior Software Developer and unofficial AI mastermind. With a Master’s degree in Geography, Andreas made the switch to software development, and we couldn´t be happier. One of the critical projects we delivered was the development of the RFPBot, an AI-powered tool designed to simplify the often complex and time-consuming process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Traditionally, responding to RFPs required significant manual effort, with teams needing to carefully review, adapt, and populate detailed information for each proposal—a labor-intensive and time-consuming process. RFPBot transforms this workflow by leveraging a custom-trained language model that understands and generates responses based on the company’s unique content. The system can store and organize essential information by uploading relevant data through Excel files. When a new RFP arrives, RFPBot generates accurate, contextually relevant responses automatically, minimizing the time required for each proposal and enabling the company to seamlessly handle high volumes of requests. This innovation has substantially reduced the time and resources needed for proposal management, allowing the client to focus more on strategic growth.
